Hummus and vegetable sandwich

Do you lack time to cook? Don't worry, here I present an easy, delicious and nutritious recipe for those days when you can't spend much time preparing your food

Hummus Sandwich


  • Hummus (62 g) - legume

  • 2 slices of whole wheat bread (56 g) - cereal

  • 1 slice of red tomato (20 g) - vegetable

  • Cucumber slices with skin (104 g) - vegetable

  • 1 lettuce leaf (24 g) - vegetable

Always remember to wash and disinfect vegetables before consuming them.


Preparation mode

Spread the hummus on one of the slices of bread; then place the tomato, cucumber and lettuce slices on top. Add the other slice of bread and enjoy!

This sandwich is ideal for breakfast or dinner, as it provides an abundant source of nutrients, including protein, carbohydrates, healthy fats and fiber.< /p>
