I'm Claret Méndez — a bilingual Nutritionist, CrossFit Coach, and Personal Trainer with a clinical foundation and a deep passion for performance, health, and sustainable transformation.

Originally from Mexico and now living in the U.S., I hold a validated international credential (U.S.-recognized) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and a national license (Cédula Profesional). I also have a Master's in Business Administration, giving me a well-rounded approach to coaching and education.
