Service Description

In-person personal training with Claret Méndez, CPT and Nutritionist, designed to meet your goals through customized and progressive workouts. Each session is 60 minutes long and takes place in a fully equipped gym facility. 📋 Your first session is completely FREE — it includes: - A full movement evaluation - Goal setting and program structure - Intro workout and trainer-client connection After that, choose your training package: 🎯 4-Session Package – $260 🎯 8-Session Package – $520 (*Includes warm-up, training, cool-down, and coaching notes after each session*) Ideal for: - Athletes and recreational clients - Strength, fat loss, or performance goals - Beginners or experienced lifters Sessions available in **English or Spanish**.


Cancellation Policy

-All consultations must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. -Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours before your appointment. -Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.
